Business Women's Forum

A Professional and Personal Development Conference By Women, For Women

Every year, a group of professional women collaborate to put together the largest, longest running full-day conference for women in Connecticut. Every aspect of the day, from the keynote speakers to the conference giveaways, is vetted by the Forum’s Board of Directors: a dedicated group of businesswomen that represent a variety of industries.

Join our team and over 600 fellow attendees for this exciting day focused on inspiring and educating women in our workforce.

You’ll be greeted upon arrival by our staff and board members, and can enjoy breakfast and networking after check-in. Hear about the amazing young women receiving this year’s Business Women’s Forum Jaci Carroll Scholarships, and discover how the BWF is supporting our future business leaders. Kick-start your day with an energizing morning keynote before you head off to the morning workshop of your choice.

Reconvene for lunch and our headlining keynote address, which leaves attendees buzzing every year. Round out your day with an afternoon workshop and our can’t-miss reception with giveaways, prizes, and engaging networking opportunities and conference activities.

Our attendees are what make the Business Women’s Forum amazing. We encourage you to explore the options, engage with our social media platforms, and to join us in October. Become a part of this community and discover what happens when a group of women come together to inspire, support and connect with each other.

Amazing High Energy

The high energy was amazing, so much so that it was pervasive throughout the day and carried into the breakout sessions. There are always fantastic "take-aways" from this event that energize me to take a fresh positive approach at work and in my personal life. There were so many opportunities to engage with other business professional and an abundance of great ideas for increasing productivity, motivation and engagement with my team
